Terms of delivery
The terms of delivery for internet and mail orders.
Prices
1. The price on the invoice is always the price from the day of the order.
2 There is no minimum order value.
3. Prices are including Vat, excl. shippingcosts.
4.Price exchange in case off rate of exchange or change in VAT or rules off the government or un expecting higher value off product ingredients or shipping cost can lead to price exchanges.
Delivery
1. All products are in principle stocked; we sent after payment.
2. We sent orders in 3 days after your payment, most off the time in 1 day after your order and your payment arrived at our bankaccount.
3. The maximum deliver time is 30days, when not on stock. When this time is finished, the costumer gets an email and gets the possibilities to cancel the order and the order can be cancel without costs. When the costumer already had paid the order, they get in 14 days there money back.
4. Orders can by deliver separate and invoice separate. Every deliver is a different agreement.
5. It is possible that there are changes in packing on the outside of the products and in the ingredients.
6. Prices are under reserve.
Payment
1.All the orders from outside the Netherlands must be paid first, before sending and shipping.
2. Super blue stuff shop Netherlands makes use off paypal payments they are specialist in online payment.
3.Super blue stuff shop Nederland is not responsible for mistakes by that 3e party.
4.Pay with your own bankaccount, it takes a several days, beware of it. After the money arrived we sent the same day.
Liability
Reclamation, by mail or telephone, in 30 days, If the reclamation is on time and the buyer have sent back the products, will get free new products or his money back. That is all what we are doing.
2. When the arriving from the order, the costumer has 7 days to return without a reason, and to unsubscribe the agreement.
The costumer has to pay the shipping cost.
With inn 14 days you get your money on your Paypal account.
